Jason Nathan Law Firm, traces its history to March 1982, when its law office was founded in Berlin, Germany, by its founder Jason Nathan in a small corner space to serve the needs of clients in matters involving probate law, inheritance dispute and property taxes. Eventually, the law firm incorporated other law aspects including but not limited to: litigation, legal representation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Health Law, Commercial Law, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law.
Our firm has grown steadily since those early years:
1997—Our second office opens in Erfurt, Germany.
2005—Our third office opens Stockholm, Sweden.
2016—Our fourth office opens Warsaw, Poland.
2021—Our fifth office opens in Vienna, Austria.
Adding these locations provided our law firm with the ability to have boots-on-the-ground for our clients, statewide and in Europe. At that point, the firm became able to simultaneously argue on behalf of a Writ of Mandate filed in Berlin and defend a lawsuit in Austria.
How our lawyers won their case? Preparation. Preparation. Preparation. The best lawyers research the facts of their cases thoroughly. They know both the strengths and the weaknesses of their side of the case.
We have spent hours studying, interned, earned your Juris Doctor degree, and worked alongside many lawyers and attorneys — now is our time to shine. The new office then offered new employments to fresh lawyers ready to serve.
Our founder Rabbi Mr Jason Nathan achieved another milestone when he opened a new office in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. He was rewarded for this achievement by the Jewish community there.
Sometimes you may find yourself in difficult situations and not be able to defuse the situation without going to court. Our lawyers will also represent you in various civil litigation cases and provide you the help you need in the best way possible.
For firms, this growing shift inside Big Law partnership ranks to make more lawyers salaried partners—instead of moving lawyers to the equity ranks, or keeping them as associates or counsel—can raise questions and challenges for leverage, profits and internal firm culture.
By no means exclusive to law, the ability to work in a team is essential to any job. As a lawyer, you will be part of a larger team in some way or another, no matter your specialisation. We encourage our talents to eventually make partner. That means they will serve you well.
These are some of the awards members of our legal team have been awarded in the last decade. EPLO Thesis Prize Award, Fernand Collin Prize for Law, René Cassin Thesis Prize, Helmuth-James-von-Moltke-Preis, just to mention a few. And we aim to achieve more.
